2021 Update: Copyright Infringement Case Settlement

As of 2024 and 2023, I’m moving previously published information about Part-time Princess Copyright Infringement Lawsuit to the “Copyright” page on this site. You can still view side-by-side graphed evidence comparing the writing from both books that were originally published on my website blog prior to a settlement and agreement reached and signed by both parties.
If the time comes in the future, I need to move this information back to home page, I will. It has already been published, and is not new information.
(Edited May 2024) In April – May 2021, parties mediated in a Federal Appeals Court. A SETTLEMENT & AGREEMENT was reached and signed JUNE 16 – 17, 2021. Both “Plaintiffs and defendants stand behind their respective allegations and denials…” “Defendants deny any wrongdoing whatsoever…”
I also stand by my allegations.
As of June 2021 — NOT January 2021 as promoted on other sites — this CRI litigation is OVER.
